MEAL PLANS


These meals plans are desinged to help you eat REAL FOOD four to six times a day which helps boost metabolism, increase energy, and burn fat. Provided is a image of the meals, however you must download the PDF below the images to get the full meal plan.
Below is the first meal plan.It is designed to detox your body over the next week. It includes primarily fruits and vegetables and just a little meat to give your digestive system a break.

Download the PDF to get the full breakdown of the meal plan, as the pictures are just a visual. You also find that there are specific serving sizes so you don't over eat. Keep in mind the servning size are calculated with the grocery list, so if you overeat you will run out of food. Feel free to substitute the chicken with your favorite fish or shrimp. Make sure it's wild caught, and the chicken is hormone free, antibiotic free, free range, or organic if possible.
