ABOUT OUR TRAINING PROGRAMS

These services are custom designed for the client to make living a healthier life educational, fun, and rewarding! This program is designed to improve your current health or athletic status with a personalized program to ensure long-term success. Aware that many people are new to physical exercise, we refrain from advanced and aggressive training tactics when starting your program. Our areas of focus include body fat reduction*, mastery of functional movement, improving musculoskeletal strength, cardiovascular conditioning for heart health, and maximizing athletic performance. Using this program, we will also construct an attractive, toned, and lean body that compliments the awesome person you already are. Upon completion of this program your body will always be prepared` for what life throws at it.  Using our proven system we will map out a safe, fun, and efficient path allowing you to achieve your full health goals.

Services include but are not limited to:
  • Full Fitness Assessment
  •    Body Fat to Lean Mass Composition Analysis
  •    BMI Analysis (Body Mass Index)
  •    BMR Analysis (Basal Metabolic Rate)
  •    Cardiovascular analysis using 3-Minute Step Test.
  •    F.D.P.A.  Program Selection Timeline Goal setting and Monthly evaluations to ensure success and eliminate wasted time.
  • Custom tailored workouts based on current age, physical ability, gender, and current physical condition
  • Positive motivation and encouragement
  • Written workouts that can be performed in the gym or at home
  • Tutorials on how to properly use exercise equipment
  • Education on the basic concepts of physical exercise and it’s benefits 
  • Before and after profiles with all client improvements which include pictures, measurements, and body fat.
